In addition to the specific uses discussed below, we may use this information to provide and improve the Services and to maintain our business relationship, as a matter of our legitimate interests, including by enhancing the safety and security of our Services, providing customer support, complying with applicable legal obligations, enforcing any applicable terms of service, and protecting our rights and the rights of our employees, users or other individuals.

For more information, see Section 3, "Third-Party Services and Integrations," below.
Finally, we may deidentify or anonymize your information such that it cannot reasonably be used to infer information about you or otherwise be linked to you (or we may collect information that has already been deidentified/anonymized), and we may use such deidentified/anonymized information for any purpose. To the extent we possess or process any deidentified information, we will maintain and use such information in deidentified/anonymized form and not attempt to re-identify the information, except solely for the purpose of determining whether our deidentification/anonymization process satisfies legal requirements.

We may share your information with our affiliates or others within our corporate group as a matter of our legitimate interests to efficiently provide the Services.
We may share your information with our professional advisors, such as auditors, law firms, or accounting firms, as a matter of our legitimate interests to assess, protect, enforce and defend our rights and to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Our Site and Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. If you follow links to sites or platforms that we do not control and are not affiliated with, you should review the applicable privacy notice, policies and other terms. We are not responsible for the privacy or security of, or information found on, such third-party websites or platforms. Information you provide on public or semi-public venues, such as third-party social networking platforms, may also be viewable by other users of the Services and/or users of those third-party platforms without limitation as to its use. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators.
Certain features of the Services allow you to initiate interactions between the Services and third-party services or platforms, such as social networks. Such social features may include features that allow you to access our pages on third-party platforms, and from there to "like", "share" or otherwise interact with our content. Use of such social features may allow a third-party to collect and/or use your information. If you use such social features, information you post or make accessible may be publicly displayed by the third-party service. Both we and the third-party may have access to information about you and your use of both the Services and the third-party service.
We and third parties employ cookies and other tracking mechanisms to collect certain information about your use of our Site and Services. We may combine this information with other data we collect from you (and our third-party service providers may do so on our behalf).
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web browser for record-keeping purposes. Some cookies allow us to facilitate your navigation of our Site and use of Services, while others are used to enable a faster log-in process or to allow us to track your activities.
Most web browsers automatically accept cookies and other tracking mechanisms, but you may be able to modify the way in which your devices permit the use of certain tracking mechanisms. The Help section of the toolbar on most browsers will instruct you on how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. If you so choose, you may block or delete cookies and other certain tracking mechanisms from your browser; however, blocking, deleting, or disabling cookies may cause certain areas of the Site or the Services, including login features and general functionality, to work incorrectly.
Your browser settings may allow you to transmit a "Do Not Track" signal when you visit various websites. Like many websites, our Site is not designed to respond to "Do Not Track" signals received from browsers.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional certain rights in relation to your personal information. Please refer to the applicable laws in your jurisdiction for more information on the rights applicable to you and how they can be exercised.
Please note that a number of these rights only apply in certain circumstances, and all of these rights may be limited by law:
We will not discriminate against any consumer who exercises the rights set forth in this Policy.
California law permits consumers in California to request certain details about how their information is disclosed to third parties for third-party direct marketing purposes. At this time, we do not share such information with third parties for direct marketing purposes.
In addition, California residents under the age of 18 who have registered to use the Services and have posted content or information on the Services can request that such information be removed from the Services. Such request must state that the California resident personally posted such content or information and detail where the content or information is posted. We will make reasonable good faith efforts to remove the post or content from prospective public view or anonymize it so the minor cannot be individually identified. This removal process cannot ensure complete or comprehensive removal. For instance, third parties may have republished the post, and archived copies of it may be stored by search engines and others that we do not control.
If you live in France, you have the right to give us general or specific instructions regarding the retention, deletion, and sharing of your personal data following your death. Specific instructions apply only to the processing activities specified within them and require your explicit consent for execution. You can modify or withdraw your instructions at any time. You may appoint someone to oversee the execution of your instructions. This individual will be notified of your instructions upon your death and has the authority to request their execution from us. If no one is appointed, or if the appointed person is deceased, your heirs will have the right to be informed of your instructions and to request their execution from us.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at support@axiom.trading. We may need to collect information from you to verify your identity, such as your contact information, before providing a substantive response to the request. You may designate, in writing or through a power of attorney document, an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf to exercise your rights. Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us.
This section applies to you only if you are a California resident. For purposes of this section, references to "personal information" shall include "sensitive personal information," as these terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA").
In the preceding 12 months we have collected and (where indicated) disclosed for a business purpose the following categories of information (sensitive information denoted by a *): identifiers; personal information listed in the California Customer Records statute (like your name or contact information); commercial information; internet or other electronic network activity information; and account access credentials*.
The specific business or commercial purposes for which we collect your personal information and the categories of sources from which we collect your personal information are described in Section 1, "Information We Collect and How We Use Your Information", above. For further information on the purposes for which we disclosed personal information over the preceding 12 months, see Section 2, "How We Disclose Your Information" above. We only use and disclose sensitive personal information for purposes specified in the CCPA. The criteria used to determine how long to retain your personal information is described in Section 7.2, "How Long We Keep Your Information," below.
We do not "sell" or "share" (as those terms are defined under the CCPA) personal information, nor have we done so in the preceding 12 months. Further, we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share personal information of residents under 16 years of age.
We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions designed to protect the information (including your personal information) we collect from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please be aware that despite these efforts, no data security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security". Any information you send to us electronically, while using the Services or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information. You should take steps to protect against unauthorized access to your password, and your devices (such as your phone and computer).
In addition, please be aware that Axiom does not solicit your password, bank account details, or credit card information. Should you receive any communications requesting such information, we urge you to disregard them and refrain from responding.
We retain personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes outlined in this Policy. When determining the length of time to retain your information, we consider various criteria, including whether we need the information to continue providing you the Services, maintaining security and integrity, preventing fraud or other harm, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, or protecting ourselves, including our rights, property or products. In particular, we retain certain information as follows:
Our Site and Services are offered from the United States. The information we collect from you may be stored and processed outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK.
For any transfers of data from the EEA or the UK, the data transfer will be under the European Commission's model contracts for the transfer of personal data to third countries (i.e., the standard contractual clauses), unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined by the European Commission or the relevant UK authorities, as applicable, to provide an adequate level of protection for individuals' rights and freedoms for their personal data.
Our Site and Services are not intended for children, and we do not seek or knowingly collect any personal information about children. If we discover that we have unknowingly collected information about a child, in particular any child under 13 years of age, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 13 years of age who has provided us with their personal information, you may contact us using the below information to request that it be deleted.
This Policy is current as of the "Last Updated" set forth above. We may modify this Policy from time to time, in which case we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy. If we make material changes to how we use or disclose information we collect, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you and will take additional steps as required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Site and/or Services after the posting of a modified Policy indicates your acceptance of these updated terms. If you do not agree to any updates to this Policy, please do not continue using or accessing the Services.
Except as otherwise prescribed by law, in the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and local language version of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.
